I think breakfast time starts too late. I didn't want to waste time waiting. so I didn't have breakfast at hostel. Starting from 7am would be much better or making an option of staying without breakfast. Also I hope the improvement of cleaness in shower room. All staffs are very nice and friendly. I appreciate that.

Check-in process was smooth & quick. Room, linen & common areas were clean. Really appreciated breakfast each morning. Kitchen was clean although it would be helpful to have more kitchen utensils for cooking. For a 6 person room, one fan is not enough and room got very hot during the day & night. Please consider installing air conditioning. Also, there was a little mistake around my check-out time (which the staff handled very well); please make the checkout time clear on the hostel's webpage.

Thank you very much for your candid review of your recent stay at our hostel. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. We will be looking into our kitchen inventory to see what utensils we need to purchase so that all guests can enjoy their cooking better. Also we will talk to our management team to see what steps we can take about installing air conditioning in our rooms as it does get hot. For now we do provide additional fans at our front desk. As for the check out time we do apologize for the miscommunication . Our front desk staff usually tells all of our guests our check out time. We will also be reviewing all of our websites to make sure our information about check in and check out times is clear.
