Lots activity space, next to park, hot pool.
Road map of neighbourhood area for guests. Bike hiring service.
There was too much drinking and even fighting going on, and staff did not handle those situations well. The staff was very polite about it, but not equipped to deal with drunk guests. I've stayed in many hostels, but this one was by far the worst. Also, no proper cooking facilities. Yes, there was a big kitchen, but not much offered in terms of preparing food ourselves: barely any utensils, no stove.
Very clean and cheap ,but facility could improve is better.
Location was difficult to find at night. Our driver had to call and ask for instructions, as no roads lead directly to the facility. However, once found, the location is nicely located in a park which added a relaxed feel.
Check-in ends at 11pm, which made it impossible for me to check in for my return night back in Osaka as I didn't make it back in time on the train system from another city.
The onsen was clean and had a nice floor to ceiling window with view of secluded outside environment.
I liked the location, on a nice park, room with a view of the canal, around 30mins from Kansai airport by train, pool nearby, 10min walk from the train station, supermarket & takoyaki shop nearby. The bed curtains were a nice touch to the rooms. The public bath was greatly appreciated after a long day of walking & sight seeing around Osaka and I had it all to myself every night during my 4 night stay. I disliked the 11pm curfew. I had to let some guests in after the curfew on two occasions.
